Half Day Program Monday- Friday Full Day Program

4 year olds 9 :00 - 12 :30

Extended Play Days for the half day students till 1:30.

At the time of registration you will be required to have your child attend 2 school programs during

Church Sundays within the school year.

NO CREDIT GIVEN FOR ABSENCES OR HOLIDAYS

Late Payment Fee : $20.00 if tuition is not paid by noon on the next day.

Returned Check Fee : $20.00

Late Pick Up Fee : $1.00 per minute and must be paid at time of pick up or the beginning of the next school

day before your child can return to school.

Lunches: Parents must provide their child with a nutritious lunch and juice or milk.

Enrollment Requirements:

At time of enrollment, all forms in this packet must be completed and submitted with the

applicable tuition fee to the School Director.

Each child must have an up-to-date health certificate signed by a registered physician listing the current appropriate

health and a negative tine test (TB Test) within the last two years. The HRS Form 680 (blue card)

and the HRS Form 3040 supplied by your physician will meet this requirement.
